Prevention

When driving on damp or wet roads, between tires and the road the water layer can be formed. This phenomenon has the name of hydroplaning or hydroplanning and can cause partial or total loss of coupling with the road, controllability of the car and a possibility of braking. Always reduce speed when driving on damp roads.
