8.4.5. Removal and installation of the transmission
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1) remove the accumulator |
| 2) remove the top bolts of fastening of the engine and transmission |
| 3) disconnect a wire of grounding of the transmission |
| 4) disconnect the socket of connection of a speedometer |
| 5) establish a support under the engine |
| 6) lift the car |
| 7) remove bolts from forward fastening of the engine |
| 8) remove a forward exhaust pipe |
| 9) remove the hydrotransformer filter |
| 10) remove bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer (3 bolts) |
| 11) disconnect hoses of a radiator of liquid of cooling of the automatic transmission on a back part of the engine, under the shelf of the accumulator |
| 12) remove the filter on the right side |
| 13) disconnect half shafts from the main transfer |
| 14) disconnect the feeding tube of liquid of cooling of the automatic transmission |
| 15) remove an arm of a rope of gear shifting and disconnect a rope from the transmission |
| 16) remove plastic clips from ropes of seat belts |
| 17) disconnect an accelerator rope from the lever of switching of the transmission |
| 18) remove cross fastening behind the transmission |
| 19) lift the transmission by means of the elevator and remove bolts of fastening of the transmission |
| 20) lower the elevator and lift the engine, having lifted an engine support (the transmission at the same time slightly will bend for removal simplification) |
| 21) remove the remaining bolts of fastening of the transmission and engine |
| 22) separate the spherical hinge / case of the bearing of the left wheel and pull out a half shaft |
| 23) disconnect the transmission from the engine |
| 24) accurately lower the engine, at the same time support the hydrotransformer that it did not fall |

Installation
Installation is carried out upside-down removals, at the same time pay attention to the following:
establish and twirl bolts of fastening of the transmission the last.
