Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) install the block of valves on a transmission case
2) connect the mechanical valve A and the valve of gear shifting In
3) tighten all bolts diagonalno to 4 N. of m.

(arrow A) 1 ball with a diameter of 3 mm

(arrow B) of 5 balls with a diameter of 6 mm
4) code designation (it is specified by an arrow)

Dismantling / cleaning

The block of valves needs to be disassembled only if the transmission failed because of the burned-through frictional slips or excessively polluted cooling liquid. If cooling liquid is still rather pure, place all block of valves in the cleaning solution and then dry up it a stream of dry compressed air.

The tray is used for storage of all valves, springs and screws of the block of valves.

The form of a tray corresponds to a form of the block of valves.

Not to mix elements of the block of valves at installation, they should be placed in a tray.

Spherical the valve it is possible to store in department for storage of bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) remove a back cover, get in turn the valve and a spring and place them in a tray
2) uncover on the other hand and repeat operation
3) establish a cover on a tray
4) ship all tray together with valves in the cleaning solution. Dry up compressed air. Do not use the water, rags leaving fibers when cleaning elements of the block of valves

Assembly

Grease at installation all elements of the block of valves with liquid of the automatic transmission and check ease of their course. The valve have to fall under the weight.

The valve which are a little scratched it is possible to reuse. It will not have an adverse effect on operation of the transmission.

All elements of the block of valves have to be absolutely pure.

The valve and spring it is necessary to establish in the same openings from where they were removed.

Establish the valve and a spring on the one hand, and then establish a cover before to pass to the second party.

Prevention

Some springs of valves have the identical sizes. However they are not interchanged as have various values of tolerances.

Grease all sealing rings with liquid of the automatic transmission before installation.
