9.2.4. Suspension bracket rack


Prevention

Do not try to straighten suspension bracket racks, a rack of the wheel bearing, levers of a suspension bracket or a cross-piece of a back suspension bracket and you do not carry out repair welding work on these elements.


Suspension bracket rack

smortizator which were stored for some time need to be pumped over several times

Back suspension bracket  – for all-wheel drive models
1. Internal end of cross draft
2. Cross-piece of a back suspension bracket
tighten fastening bolts
in the following order:
1. back right
2. back left
3. forward right
4. forward left

tighten, only when the car costs on the earth

7. Back plug of a cross-piece of a back suspension bracket
8. Washer

9. After twisting till the required moment of an inhaling turn in addition on a quarter of a turn (90 °)

1. The wound cap, 180 N. of m.
2. Shock-absorber
if it is necessary, shock-absorbers it is possible
to replace separately
check operation of shock-absorbers, having stretched and having squeezed them hands (at the same time hold them in vertical position), resistance of the shock-absorber has to be equal and identical on all piston stroke;
smortizator which were stored for some time need to be pumped over several times
3. Rack of the wheel bearing
do not grease an installation site of the wheel bearing before installation of the bearing

Removal of a rack of a suspension bracket
Prevention

Racks of a suspension bracket it is necessary remove in turn, otherwise brake hoses will be stretched and damaged.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) the car costs on the earth
2) remove finishing of a luggage carrier
3) remove a protective plate
4) turn off a nut of fastening of a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber (hold the shock-absorber in vertical position by means of the tool 3079)
5) lift the car
6) remove a bolt of the lower fastening (it is specified by an arrow)
