2.1. Repair of engines
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1) disconnect the wire connecting the rechargeable battery to weight |
2) on models with mechanical transmission remove the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling and a radiator |
3) keep antifreeze for further use |
4) remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering and attach to a body |
5) turn out bolts of fastening of the compressor, remove an arm and displace it aside |

6) record the check point from falling traversy 10-222A in which package the coupling hairpin 3147 is included |
7) screw a coupling hairpin 3147 in the top opening for a bolt of fastening of the check point to the engine (M12) |
|
8) attach waists of raising of the engine according to the drawing, raise waists so that the weight of the engine was perceived only by the lifting device |
|
Places of fastening lifting traverses, located with understating to a back part of the engine:
– in the field of a pulley (the left arrow);
– combine the third opening in a level of a hook with an opening 3 in a lifting beam;
– from a flywheel (the right arrow);
– combine the third opening in a level of a hook with an opening 8 in a lifting beam;
– openings 1–4 in a lifting beam are counted towards an engine pulley;
– openings in lifting levels of hooks are counted from hooks up.
Prevention
The engine is removed without check point.
Do not disconnect:
– conducting of the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling;
– hoses or an arm of fastening from the pump of the hydraulic booster;
– air conditioning system hoses.
Prevention
When replacing the engine, a head of the block of cylinders, laying a head of the block, a radiator and the heat exchanger of a heater, cooling liquid is subject to replacement.
For an insurance to a zashplintuyta hooks and probes of a lifting beam (places of a shplintovka are specified by shooters).
At rise hold the engine not to damage a body.

Installation
Installation of the engine is carried out as it should be the return to removal.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1) check wear of the release bearing of coupling, if necessary replace |
2) slightly grease the release bearing of coupling and a main shaft of the check point with lubricant on the basis of molybdenum sulfide |
3) be convinced that the aligning pins of joining of the engine with the check point are on the block of cylinders |
4) in support of the engine replace самоконтрящиеся nuts |
5) lower the engine on support |
6) screw самоконтрящиеся nuts of support |
7) to a pomanipuliruyta the engine (by a kantovaniye) for the correct landing to support |
8) adjust a cable of management of a butterfly valve |
9) attach all electrical wiring |
10) fill the engine with cooling liquid |
11) check and if necessary restore oil level |
12) adjust a tension of a gear belt of the drive of a cam-shaft and turns of idling |
13) without using great efforts level in the place of a detail of the exhaust system |
