2.1.2. Removal and installation of the engine (5-cylinder models)
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1) disconnect the cable connecting the rechargeable battery to weight |
2) on models with mechanical transmission remove the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling
|
3) remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (together with hoses) and attach to a body |
4) remove a compressor arm together with bolts of fastening and take aside |
5) bind the compressor a wire into place |
6) disconnect radiator hoses |
7) keep antifreeze for further use |
8) remove a radiator assembled with the fan, a casing and the directing device |
9) remove a bumper |
10) remove the central guard, the lower cross-piece |
11) turn off the left lower bolt of fastening of the check point to the engine |
12) uncover the distributor, put aside |
13) prepare for a traverse 10-222A |
14) establish a coupling hairpin 3147 so that not to damage high-voltage wires |
|
15) screw a coupling hairpin 3147 in an opening of the turned-out bolt of fastening of the check point |
16) establish a cross-piece 10-222A on internal otbortovka of mudguards of forward wings |
|
17) attach a hook of the lifting device according to the drawing |
18) lift or lower the check point on the necessary height, rotating a lambskin nut of a coupling hairpin |

Installation
Installation of the engine is carried out as it should be the return to removal.

1) check wear of the release bearing of coupling, if necessary replace |
2) slightly grease the release bearing of coupling and a main shaft of the check point with lubricant on the basis of molybdenum sulfide |
3) be convinced that the aligning pins of joining of the engine with the check point are on the block of cylinders |
4) in support of the engine replace самоконтрящиеся nuts |
5) lower the engine on support |
6) screw самоконтрящиеся nuts of support |
7) to a pomanipuliruyta the engine (by a kantovaniye) for the correct landing to support |
8) adjust a cable of management of a butterfly valve |
9) attach all electrical wiring |
10) fill the engine with cooling liquid |
11) check and if necessary restore oil level |
12) adjust a tension of a gear belt of the drive of a cam-shaft and turns of idling |
13) without using great efforts level in the place of a detail of the exhaust system |
