Connection in the line of high pressure (model with the 5-cylinder engine)

 Disunite this connection before remove the condenser in cars with the 5-cylinder engine; inhaling moment: 16.5 N of m.

Connection of the line of coolant to the evaporator

 Before tightening a bolt of this connection, be convinced that lines are not pressed. Inhaling moment: 16.0 N of m.

Throttle, removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) disconnect lines of a cooler from the evaporator
2) get a throttle from the evaporator by means of flat-nose pliers with thin sponges
3) insert a throttle with new ring consolidation
4) connect lines of coolant; inhaling moment: 16.0 N of m.

Ring consolidations

Before establishing, oil ring consolidations of coolant.
Prevention

Do not reuse ring consolidations.
